Megan Scott

Centre Manager

Diploma in Children’s Services

My partner Matt and I are parents of a one little human Patrick who is 18m old and a fur baby labradoodle Max 4yrs old.  We live in the local area of Cockburn and can be regularly seen out doing things as a family all over Perth, as we enjoy going to parks and eating out. We love spending time with our extended families and this is one of our most important values. My parents are a massive part of my daily life and I still regularly take Patrick for sleep overs there during the week as Matt does shift work.

You can find me down at Fremantle netball association on a Saturday afternoon over the winter months and I can also be found at 3 Basketball Associations either playing or spectating my younger brother’s games.

My friend has her own floristry business so I often help her with events, I am definitely not a florist and have no plans to be, but it can be very therapeutic. I enjoy the odd coffee or 3 and love ending my day with some ice cream!

My passion is in the management of an Education and Care service. I really enjoy building the knowledge and empowering the teams I work with to provide high quality education and care for the children and families.

The first 5 years of a child’s life is important and can really have an impact shaping the little minds as they grow.  If I can even have a small impact on the educators, children and families at Success Early Learning I will be helping shape a brighter future.

Kindy One

Working towards Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care

Hi, I’m Maddy and I am 19 years old. I have three younger brothers who always keep me on my toes. I love going on road trips and camping with my family and friends.

I love watching young children grow and achieve new things every day, as well as the thrill and happiness this brings them. I also find it wonderful when a child uses their imagination to turn something so simple into something extraordinary. For instance, a child using a small piece of fabric and tying it around their head and pretending to be a ninja that can conquer absolutely anything and in their precious mind they truly  believe this and I adore it!
